Events and Community Fundraiser   

We are looking for a talented individual to join Bath Cats and Dogs Home’s busy Fundraising Team to deliver the planned income from a portfolio of BCDH led events, sponsorship events and fundraising activities within our local community. As a passionate and committed fundraiser you will be an excellent communicator motivating event participants and our local community to support and fundraise for the Home, whilst identifying new opportunities for Bath Cats and Dogs Home to get involved with.

Working with the Head of Fundraising you’ll develop a dynamic fundraising strategy in these areas, highlighting and developing existing and new opportunities and providing excellent supporter stewardship to encourage long term support of the Home.   

The role is part of a busy fundraising team that has a great success level and we are looking for someone with experience of marketing and income generation to fulfil the potential of these income streams for the Home. It’s a fast paced and committed team but very friendly with it.

If you have a passion and enthusiasm for the work that we do at Bath Cats and Dogs Home and would like to join a caring and worthwhile charity we look forward to hearing from you. You’ll need to be a great communicator, motivated and results driven, ideally with a passion for animals.

This is a full- time role of 37.5 hours per week

Salary £21,000 - £25,500 (dependent on experience)
