About the role
They are recruiting a positive, proactive and highly efficient, Programmes Coordinator to join their National Programmes Team. As the Programmes Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling project related activity to facilitate the delivery of a portfolio of large-scale programmes that support young people to develop the skills, knowledge and experience they need to succeed in life.

You will be organised, driven, reliable and have a positive approach to your work.  You will be able to work at a high level with their charity and corporate partners, have a flexible approach to work and a willingness to work irregular hours, and be prepared to travel away from home on occasion to meet operational needs.  Above all, you will have an interest in changing young people’s lives for the better.

The office space will have lots of natural light throughout, a staffed reception, showers and cycle storage with breakout and communal spaces.

They offer a salary of between £22,000- £26,000. Additional benefits include 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme (currently they match employee contributions up to 5%), a life insurance scheme which would pay out up to 4 times your salary and additional staff benefits including an Employee Assistance Programme to support employees both professionally and personally. They are committed to investing in the personal and professional development of everyone working for them.
