An excellent opportunity to work in a specialist innovation and product development role. Building and testing new propositions to attract new supporters. With a focus on acquisition across digital and marcomm channels.

As the Senior Innovations Manager, managing an Officer, you will play a vital role within the Supporter Income and Impact Department, driving forward a new approach to supporter engagement.

  • Building a culture of innovation at all levels and across all teams, generating value from core supporter segments to achieve financial and non-financial objectives.
  • Deliver change to the current Innovations portfolio, focused on building and testing completely new propositions and delivering completely new income and engagement lines to attract new supporters.

Working with the Head of Innovation you will:

  • Work with supporter and engagement teams to develop new supporter engagement products, focused on attraction.
  • Facilitate end-to-end innovation and product development.
  • Test, validate and refine all products through the pipeline process. Ensuring all pilots are reviewed and learning is applied.
  • Work with Project Managers to support the launch and scaling of product trials.
  • Work through cross-organisational engagement; Marcomms, Digital, sales teams to pilot and market new initiatives.
  • Use internal and external resource to commission audience led, research and insight
  • Be a key expert and champion of innovation and product development offering an advisory service to teams

Our client is looking for previous experience or knowledge of:

  • Leading innovation, co-creation and change management and processes to bring new offers to market.
  • Working in an Innovation or New Proposition Development team in the commercial or Charity sector. With significant fundraising or commercial income generation knowledge.
  • Project management, delivery skills. Managing the innovation process from brief to launch.
  • Strategic planning and product development.
  • Testing propositions with insight; create, test, learn, iterate.
  • Social media marketing knowledge and testing. Digital build management.
