Project Manager (Neighbourhoods)

6 months Fixed Term Contract
37 hours per week

Our client develops a range of new homes for rent, shared ownership and sale and provides housing management, care and support and commercial property services.

They have an exciting new opportunity to join their Neighbourhoods Team on an interim, fixed term 6 month contract basis to manage, lead and develop the Section 20 management process from end to end. To include clarity with colleagues across the business on what their roles are in the overall process.

You will therefore need to have an excellent demonstrable working knowledge of service charges and leasehold management. In particular Section 20 consultation and the requirements around this for both the customer and the business.

The nature of this role means tasks and role requirements will be fluid and vary over the duration of this post. You will therefore need to be flexible and agile to respond to this and the needs of the business. This may include support for other projects being undertaken in the business.

Experience of successful project management of large and complex projects, along with a comprehensive understanding and experience of project management methodology and documentation is essential.
