Are you looking to join a renowned and inspirational education and care organisation as a Regional Care Manager supporting children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, communication difficulties? If so our client is expanding throughout the South of England and would love to hear from you! 
 
You’ll be given all the tools required for you to drive our client forward and play a vital role in their continued success. As a Regional Manager you’ll strive towards maintaining and improving high standards, so that our client can continue to provide the best possible outcomes for their young people.  In return, you will be supported by the Regional Director and benefit from a wealth of opportunities for progression given our client’s extensive expansion plans throughout the South of England.
 
Supporting and guiding our Registered Managers to run their Children’s homes, you’ll help by providing an encouraging and stable environment, allowing all young people to thrive. Working with the Regional Director you’ll ensure that all Childrens’ homes operate in accordance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and current legislation, following best practices and company policies. You’ll support, advise and guide individuals or groups of homes and will provide short term cover at homes if required, ensuring all operational standards are met.
 
You may be a Registered Manager looking to take the next step in your career, or you may be experienced at Regional Manager level already, either way our client is looking for the right fit for their organisation. 
 
You’ll have experience of working with children and young people with SEMH, fluent with the “Looked After” process, in addition to having significant experience of Ofsted inspections and knowledge of Child Protection, the Quality Standards 2015 and Children’s Home Regulations. Due to the nature of this role a full UK Driving Licence and flexible working approach is essential as you will be required to travel across the region and to our client's Head Office in Cumbria.
