We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is both creative and target driven to lead our clients regional fundraising team in the North West of England, as Regional Fundraising Manager.

Position: Regional Fundraising Manager
Location: Salford (Office Based)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: circa £31,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

This varied and challenging role will involve driving growth by identifying key development opportunities and working with the team to deliver a fantastic supporter experience for our amazing volunteers.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Regional Fundraising North, the Regional Fundraising Manager will deliver the regional fundraising strategy, focusing on the key areas of Regional Corporate, In Memory, Volunteer led Fundraising and our National Events Programme.

Key responsibilities for the Regional Fundraising Manager will include:

 

  • Managing and developing a team of three regional fundraisers.
  • Designing and delivering fundraising plan and annual budget.
  • Developing a proactive network of volunteers and supporters.
  • Ensuring excellent stewardship and maintain high standards of supporter care.

 

About you

The Regional Fundraising Manager will have a proven record of:

 

  • Meeting and exceeding fundraising or sales targets.
  • Development and implementation of a fundraising plan, including delivery of large events.
  • Project management and problem solving.
  • Successfully managing a team.

 

The use of a car with business use cover and the ability to drive is essential to be able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
