An exciting opportunity to combine your strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills within a small finance team, supporting NCVO’s work on behalf of the voluntary sector.
You have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy, as you will be responsible for maintaining our purchase and sales ledgers and help to maintain a sound internal control environment. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills mean you provide a customer-focused service both within NCVO and externally. You are resourceful, and continually investigate queries and problem-solve. You have high level Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel, and a good understanding of VAT administration and its application to a charity.
This is a small team so working on your own initiative is expected, as well as contributing to the work of the team, and building relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
NCVO is fully committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in our sector. We want this to be reflected in the diversity of the people who work for us and we welcome applications from people from all backgrounds.
