Programme Development Manager
FTE: 4 days a week, flexible hours negotiable (possibility of 5 days)
Place of Work: Hackney or Ilford
Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 pro rata per annum
Hours of Work: 9am - 5pm /10am - 6pm (Flexible working supported)
We are looking for an experienced senior arts manager with a strong track record of co-designing, resourcing and coordinating the delivery of an arts programme with proven artistic and social impact
SPACE is a leading visual arts organization providing creative workspace, advocacy and support for artists and promoting innovation. Moving our programme base (Commissions, Residencies, Learning & Participation) to Redbridge Town Hall, Ilford, we are seeking a pro-active, strategic thinker to develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy, as well as lead on new projects and partnerships that enable SPACE to evidence positive impact on people and places and in doing so, to diversify its funding streams.
