Head of Fundraising

Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a leading Human rights charity based in Whitechapel as they embark in their search for a new Head of Fundraising.

This is a full time role. However, 4 days per week can be considered.

The organisation exists to ensure that children and vulnerable adults can find safe and legal routes in to sanctuary, their mission is to open up safe and legal routes to protection through advocacy, community organising and legal work.

As Head of Fundraising you will be required to deliver the fundraising strategy, develop relationships with donors across a range of fundraising areas as well as look after a small but high performing team.

To be considered for this role you will need to have: a passion for human rights, significant experience of working within the third sector- within a fundraising directorate, have broad major gifts fundraising knowledge, in particular institutional fundraisng. in addition, you will have experience of developing a fundraising strategy and have previously line managed staff.
