Harris Hill are delighted to be working with the Churchill Fellowship to recruit a creative Content Manager.

The Fellowship is a life-changing programme of grants that fund inspiring individuals to travel the world in search of solutions for the UK s most pressing problems. Fellows visit the world s leading people and projects in a wide range of practical topics, from healthcare to homelessness, the environment to education and more. They come home with new ideas to make change happen in their professions and communities, influencing practice and policy at local and national levels.

The charity is well-established, prestigious, and now seeks to expand its public impact. This is a new post in their small and dynamic communications team. Joining at an exciting time of innovation and change, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in an evolving area.

As Content Manager, you will help to define a new content strategy across all channels, creating compelling content based on a wealth of stories from hundreds of Fellows research trips around the world and their impact across the UK. You will manage the website and social media, assisting with campaigns and media relations, commissioning podcasts and blogs on a wide range of issues, and writing articles for online and offline use. Working closely with the Communications Director, you will also play a pivotal role in relaunching the website and will be fully involved in a major rebrand exercise.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing an effective content strategy across both digital and print, a good understanding of analytics, SEO, UX and UI, and experience of user engagement in social media channels.
