Senior Fundraising Manager
My client, an amazing Children's Charity based in Central London is currently looking for a Senior Fundraising Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Fundraising the post holder will be responsible for the strategic delivery of growth within the Individual Giving teams in line with the fundraising teams 3 year strategy. The role is paying up to £60,000.
The postholder will maintain and develop the portfolio of existing fundraising activities across the Individual Giving team including but not limited to; raffles, appeals, DRTV, OOH, weekly Lottery and Legacies. You will be developing and implementing the strategy for the Individual Giving team, responsible for creating departmental budgets, monitor and analyse income and expenditure progress vs budget regularly to identify any problems. As well as leading and inspiring a team of 6 (x2 acquisition and x4 retention and legacy.
Ideal candidates will display:
- Experience of managing a fund-raising team/line management
- Experience of using a range of direct marketing techniques to develop/retain supporters
- Experience of creating, managing and monitoring budgets
- Strong networking/relationship building skills
- Ability to liaise and engage with key organisational stakeholders
