Neighbourhoods Project Manager
Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary c.£40,000 depending on skills
12 months Fixed Term Contract
37 hours per week although there may some flexibility, e.g. 30 hours per week

Our client is a major provider of housing, regeneration, support and commercial services across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

They have an exciting opportunity to join their Neighbourhoods Team on an interim, fixed term contract basis to support the Customer Operations Assistant Director and other key managers in the delivery of tasks and small projects to deliver the corporate plan. This is in addition to ‘business as usual’ services.

As the postholder, you will therefore need to have an excellent demonstrable working knowledge of housing management functions across a wide range of tenure types. To include but not limited to: lettings; tenancy management; anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches; arrears prevention and collection; service charges and leasehold management.

The nature of this role means tasks and role requirements will be fluid and vary over the duration of this post. You will therefore need to be flexible and agile to respond to this and the needs of the business.

Experience of managing complaints, risk management and Consumer Standards would be a distinct advantage, along with project management experience.
