I am currently recruiting a great CRM role for a dynamic youth-focused Not-for-Profit organisation based in Central London. They are currently looking for a CRM Coordinator role on a permanent basis. The role will be paying up to £30,000.
The role is reporting into the Customer Relationship Manager, and will be accountable for the development and implementation of CRM elements across the organisations customer journey from Expression of interest (interest in registering) to sign up (payment for programme) to Turn up (attending the programme) through to Extension (graduation from the programme).
The postholder will manage each element of CRM campaigns including creative and data briefing, template optimisation/needs, setup, targeting and testing to deployment and data monitoring. Email and SMS campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content driven campaigns. Working alongside the digital team to create integrated multi- channel customer experience. Management of the CRM/salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Schedule.
Ideal candidates will display:
- Min 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - essential
- Multi-channel experience including direct mail, SMS and email, across acquisition, conversion and retention
- Hands on experience of database and email platforms
- Ability to analyse and interpret campaign results
- Knowledge of HTML
