Job Details

Have you got experience of scheduling and coordinating a rota? Do you have an interest in mental health and wellbeing?

A pioneering mental health charity that is rapidly growing as they move through their 'start up' phase, is seeking a Rota & Schedulling Coordinator on a part time basis (20 hours) as a permanent member of the team. This incredible organisation develops and delivers new digital tools that will greatly enhance how people have conversations surrounding their mental health.

Reporting to the Head of Supervision, you will be responsible for coordinating rotas for mental health professionals, working across the UK and New Zealand. A key part of your role will be to ensure that rotas are published a month in advance while also resolving any issues that may arise relating to shifts. Day to day duties will include tracking leave, assisting HR with documentation, maintaining up to date DBS records, and organising staff meetings.

In order to be successful, it is essential that you have previous experience of scheduling or coordinating a rota. As a highly organised individual you will have excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail. We are seeking an individual who has strong communication skills and is comfortable using a range of IT systems.

If you are a highly organised person with an interest in mental health, we welcome you to apply!

A full job description will be provided by Prospectus to applicants who are successful at the initial selection process.
