Are you an experienced direct marketer, great with analytics, creative, a CRM whizz and keen to help us reach new audiences? We need to talk, as we’re at an exciting time in the charity’s development and together we could put our message in front of millions.
Earlier this year, we became the Royal Osteoporosis Society and launched our new strategic direction. An ambitious vision for the nation’s bone health means we’ll be expanding our work and the audiences we speak to – bringing new opportunities for supporter engagement.
Supporter Engagement Manager – Responsibilities:
- You’ll take a lead on developing campaigns to acquire, develop and engage members and supporters
- You’ll manage our supporter journeys, maximising every opportunity to engage, inspire and increase lifetime value, working with colleagues across the charity to develop a truly collaborative approach to supporter engagement
- Responsibility for individual giving, membership and legacy marketing, at a time when we’re transforming our digital capabilities, you’ll have a real chance to make your mark on our fundraising programme.
Supporter Engagement Manager - You:
- We’re looking for someone with experience of managing cross-channel direct marketing programmes – whether it’s in a membership, charity or commercial setting - bringing a combination of strategic, creative and analytical skills
- You’ll have a track record of driving income growth with the highest standards of supporter care, and you’ll be equally comfortable leading a team as getting involved in hands-on project delivery.
