If you are an experienced manager, passionate about transforming the lives of vulnerable young people with the ability to lead a committed staff and volunteer team, then Youth Concern has the perfect role for you.

You will oversee a service providing excellent outcomes for young people whilst protecting our unique ethos and approach. 

We have supported vulnerable young people aged 13-25 years old, in Aylesbury Vale, for the past 40 years. Our vision is that every young person has the resources they need to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. Our purpose is to be there for and respond to vulnerable young people when they need us most.

We are looking for a Head of Operations to run our vital services including a Drop-in Centre, Aylesbury Nightstop scheme and our new supported accommodation project, The Next Step.
