As the Associate Director of Finance, you will work alongside the Director of Finance in overseeing all aspects of OM UK’s accounting, budgeting and payroll functions.

You will be a qualified accountant with significant experience in the finance sector, which should include sound knowledge of charity accounting practices and requirements. You will also have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, representing OM in the UK’s finance division to senior leaders, trustees and external parties, with the ability to explain complex financial issues to those with no background in finance.

You will be adept with computers, being competent with Microsoft Excel, as well as being able to get to grips with unfamiliar software and processes with ease.

You will also be a committed Christian, and while working with OM you will have the opportunity to go on a mission trip with us once a year.
