A great opportunity for an experienced FP&A Analyst who is looking to challenge themselves in a newly created FP&A function.

This is a newly created position to enable business leaders to have a better view of business performance and develop an improved way of presenting MI to key stakeholders, to aid key financial and strategic decision making across the business.

Key duties:

  • Acting as a Business Partner to the Head of Finance and CFO to provide high-level financial and commercial insight & analysis on the performance of all areas of the business. 
  • You will analyse all expenditure across the International Group and Fund portfolios
  • Business case analysis
  • On-going preparation of analysis and commentary on monthly financial performance, preparing and updating budget vs forecast and support ad-hoc projects, MI requests and analysis
  • Assisting Head of Finance in preparation of cash forecasts
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure performance meets set targets and forecasts

Key Attributes:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in an FP&A capacity
  • Accountancy qualification (either ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Have a proven ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non finance staff
  • Have strong Excel and systems skills for financial modelling and cashflow analysis
  • Ambition to develop a commercial finance career
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Knowledge of or an interest in the commercial aircraft industry is a distinct advantage
