About us
Citizens Advice Richmond is an independent local charity and has been helping the people of Richmond since 1940. We provide information, advice and specialist casework to anyone who lives, works or studies in the borough and we are the first port of call for any advice or information issue. Our service is always free, confidential and impartial.

About the job
As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of all our advice services. You will report directly to the chief executive and oversee the work of our paid supervisors, training coordinator and specialist advisers.

About you
You will have a track record of strong professional leadership and offering support to paid staff and volunteers to ensure that our advice services are of the highest quality and maximum effectiveness. You will be innovative and flexible, with a positive attitude towards change and change management, and a determination to demonstrate that our services make a difference.
