This client is an internationally renowned professional membership organisation, headquartered in fantastically-connected London offices. A commercially-minded not for profit and charities body, they have some amazing staff and meaningful workstreams. Existing to promote and improve the healthcare profession, they strive to offer world-leading services to their members. Included in that is an extensive library and museum dedicated to the industry's rich history; a vast network of like-minded professionals, a variety of events, and great CPD content. It's the latter which will be the primary focus of this role.

Description

The Digital Project Manager, sitting in the Professional Development Directorate, will lead on the integration of 3 key platforms. As is, their CPD content is spread across a CMS, LMS, and CRM, with no way for users to know precisely where. In essence, this role will scope, plan and deliver a roadmap for the integration of those platforms, providing an invaluable improvement to the user journey of their members.

Responsibilities, therefore, will cover:

Lead a Digital Taxonomy for CPD project, to improve the presentation and accessibility of all CPD products, coordinating closely with related digital projects in other areas, including the Membership, Digital Comms and IT/Digital directorates.

Liaise with senior colleagues, particularly in the areas above, to ensure all relevant needs are considered and all developments are compatible and complementary with others.

In particular:

o Liaise closely with the Head of Digital Delivery via matrix management to coordinate the resourcing of the Digital Taxonomy project;

o Liaise closely with the Head of Digital Engagement via matrix management to coordinate this project with other digital transformation projects, e.g. website redevelopment.

* Work closely with the CPD Comms and Marketing Manager to promote the CPD provision to its members, including any new systems or functionality.

* Manage any contracts/relationships with third party providers, partners or contractors who are engaged to support the delivery of comms and marketing plans.

* Support the delivery of the Digital Strategy, sharing best practice from the post holder's professional experience.

* Project manage the delivery of new systems and functionality, reporting against agreed milestones and KPIs.

* Manage an annual budget to deliver the objectives of the role.

Profile

To be successful and happy as a Digital Project Manager for this client, you'll need the following competencies and exposure to:

* Educated to degree level (or relevant professional qualification / experience). Essential

* Desirably, an IT, digital and/or project management qualification.

* Leading the planning and implementation of digital transformation projects, with demonstrable success measures achieved.

* Managing a digital taxonomy to ensure asset and metadata integrity, accuracy, quality and consistency, per established process standards.

* Desirably, digital development in the context of professional bodies and/or professional education.

* Liaising across teams/departments and maintaining effective working relationships with senior members of staff.

* Project management, including use of appropriate analytics to support reporting and impact evaluation.

* Managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously

* Budget management.

* Working with external providers, partners and contractors, including contract management.

Job Offer

The Digital Project Manager will secure a 2 year Fixed Term Contract, earning upwards of £50,000.
