Fundraising Events Assistant - Temporary
Our client a leading health charity are looking for a bright self-starter, with a passion to gain experience within the exciting world of charity events, to join the team on a temporary basis.
This is a very busy time for the team, and at a time of change so require someone with previous similar experience, and the ability to work on your own initiative on the most part, of course management support will be on hand, but is a little depleted.
This is a unique opportunity to learn and develop alongside a dynamic Head of Philanthropy and Special Events in this newly created department. You will be providing general administrative support to the team during a busy time for the charity with a particular focus on a gala event in summer.
You will be answering queries, manage event coordination and logistics, and update the fundraising database. You will have some exposure to CRM databases ideally Raisers Edge.
Role: Fundraising Events Assistant
Location: City of London
Employment Type: Temporary 3-6 months +
Salary/rate: £13-15ph dependant on experience (higher end would be officer level skill set)
Working hours: 35pw
