Senior Support Worker
Our client is a national charity that’s been supporting people with learning disabilities since 1962. They provide a range of services including Supported Living, residential, and short breaks, and they lead the field nationally, in utilising new technology.
They believe in the principle of ‘every moment has potential’ and incorporate this in the provision of all their services. Their support staff are at the forefront of this and on a day to day basis you will ensure that Support Worker colleagues deliver the highest standard of care.
Position: Senior Support Worker
Location: New Malden, Surrey
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,876 per annum
Benefits Package: discounts and rewards across shops, restaurants, gym membership and days out, 20 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) increasing to 25 days after first year, contributory pension scheme and life assurance, an Employee Assistance Programme, annual staff award schemes, access to award winning training and development.

About the role:
As Senior Support Worker you will be a role model to Support Workers and deliver great support, assisting the Registered Cluster Manager to monitor, report and maintain agreed standards. You will be committed to ensuring the people they support have great lives.
This is an opportunity to develop and use your creative ideas and plan your career development.
About you:
You must be able to work varied flexible hours including evenings and weekends (with potential for on-call duties).
You will hold a full, current EU/UK driving licence and a willingness to drive company vehicles, as and when required, is essential.
