Prospectus is partnering with The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in order to recruit an ambitious Major Giving Relationship Manager to their successful team. The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is one of the most loved and internationally respected youth charities offering 14-24 year olds structured programmes, enabling increased success in education, life and employment. Values-led and committed to giving young people the confidence to shine, our client is looking for an experienced relationship builder who is passionate about youth development.

Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, you will work alongside the wider team to help build a pipeline of new prospects with a focus on generating income from gifts between £1-5,000 from both trusts and major donors. Taking on a growing portfolio of donors, you will provide excellent stewardship for all donors to ensure long term support.

Emotionally intelligent, strategic and ready to take on an exciting new challenge, the Major Giving Relationship Manager will work collaboratively across departments to gather and collate appropriate information required for applications and proposals. You will demonstrate a strong and confident communication style and a willingness to learn.
