Are you a comms superstar? Do you have experience of ensuring a consistent and high standard of communication across the business?

If so, you could be the Internal Communications Content Lead we need.

About the role

The BHF has ambitious plans to ensure it becomes a truly world class organisation. With around 3,600 staff and 22,000 volunteers across the UK, communicating and engaging with our people is a vital part of achieving our strategy.

As Internal Communications Content Lead you'll be working collaboratively across a variety of teams on a number of high profile and transformational projects across the BHF.

Your job will include:
* Managing and delivering content to drive up internal engagement, support and acceptance of both technological and cultural change.
* Working with project owners to define clear outcomes for the communications,
* Drafting engaging and interesting content
* Commissioning a variety of communication channels
* Overseeing the delivery of a number of BHF projects, including our People Experience, Customer First, Windows 10 and our Retail Management System.

Overall, you'll be responsible for delivering a standard of excellence that supports the overall communications and cultural changes being delivered across the BHF.

About you

With a proven track record of successfully managing the communications for organisation wide and diverse change programmes, you'll have:

* Substantial experience of writing and editing copy
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* The ability to create engaging content across a range of media and develop creative and innovative solutions to communications issues
* Experience of project management, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish
