Sense has a great opportunity for a Relief Team Manager to join our team in Selly Oak, Birmingham on a full time, permanent basis working 37.5 hour per week attracting a salary of circa £35,500 per annum.

About the role 
You will be responsible for establishing a new, innovative and effective service to aid managers across the organisation, and will be managing a team Relief Worker Coordinator’s. You will be proactive in the development of new processes and designing databases in order to effectively monitor the allocation of work to relief workers.

About you 
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in establishing new teams/services, has strong negotiation skills and is able to develop processes for the effective allocation of Relief Workers across the organisation.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the social care sector particularly in relation to accommodation services, it would be great if you have experience of working with people with disabilities, sensory needs or learning difficulties. You will need strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
