- Develop the internal comms strategy
- Engage with colleagues to support organisational change
- Provide expert advice and be the go-to in the charity for all things internal comms
- Develop processes for the organisation
- Work with the SMT

The successful Senior Internal Communications Manager:
- Available at short notice
- Track record implementing strategies and focusing on engagement and organisational change
- Use of all internal comms channels

- Experience utilising insight and research to inform decisions
