Database Officer

I am currently looking for a Database Officer for a well-established and innovative mental health charity. You will be responsible for ensuring the supporter database, thankQ, fully supports the Income Team to maximize income generation.

You will play a key role by ensuring timely and accurate data is available to the Income and Finance department. Your main tasks will consist of importing and exporting data to and from thankQ from a variety of sources and assisting with direct debit administration.

There is also potential to get involved in a forthcoming database upgrade project. This could involve getting involved in user acceptance testing, writing documentation for new business processes and training and supporting staff using the new database, thankQ CRM v10.
