Our client wants to see a society in which every parent has the support they need to give their children the best possible start in life.

They offer a unique service with tailored support, friendship and practical help for families, delivered by highly trained volunteers who themselves have experience of parenting. Our client supports children and families across Leicester and Leicestershire.

This exciting new role will develop new opportunities that will optimise income generation and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

With Big Lottery funding in place, they are looking for a Philanthropy and Trusts Manager to deliver an ambitious income diversification strategy in order to sustain the charity long-term, ensuring support for children and families across Leicestershire and Leicester.

The main responsibility of the role will be to work with the CEO to access philanthropic opportunities, research and progress Trust applications for funding and seek to achieve additional funding via grants.

Ideal applicants will be an enthusiastic self-starter with experience as a career corporate or major donor fundraiser and/or experienced in bringing in and managing HNW clients and wanting an opportunity to grow your career.

Permanent role subject to achieving targets.
