As their Floating Life Skills Worker, you will work proactively with the Health and Wellbeing team to deliver educational, motivational and fun weekly PFI support activities. All activities are designed to promote independent living and you will ensure that sessions are completed and recorded.
 
This will vary from coordinating an ETE (Employment Training and Education) activity such as college; university; volunteering referrals, CV writing, interviewing techniques or job clubs. Further to this you will arrange budgeting workshops and explore Government / organisational grants that are available in relevant areas.
 
With experience of managing support plans, you will have previously held a similar role working with young people including housing advice, advocacy work or residential work. Most importantly you’ll have the ability to work to deadlines and prioritising workload.
 
Please note a full and current driving licence are required, along with the use of your own vehicle (insured for business use).
