Job Details
TPP are currently collaborating with a unique community care and bereavement charity in their search for a Trust and Foundations Manager.
A newly created position in a new fundraising team, your role will take the lead on creating and implementing a new trust and foundations fundraising strategy. Currently bringing in £350k per year through trusts and foundations, this is excellent opportunity to really make this role your own and create something truly successful.
An exciting time to join this charity, this role will suit someone who is keen to develop further in their fundraising career and shows great enthusiasm for the sector. With a supportive and collaborative nature, the organisation offers great flexibility in terms of home working (3 days per week) and also offers the opportunity to line manage one other.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Trust and Foundations fundraising experience
- Excellent written and research skills
- Confidence in managing various stakeholder relationships
- Eagerness to progress in your career and form fundraising strategy
