Our client seeks an outstanding individual for the position of Assistant Director, Development. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual with significant experience in fundraising, marketing and/or relationship building, with a passion for education and strong interest securing income to support one of the country’s leading independent schools.
The Assistant Director, Development will have a pivotal role in overseeing and co-ordinating specific fundraising activities, including the generation of regular gifts, legacy giving and growing a portfolio of donors. The postholder will also co-ordinate the operational work of the Development Office, including managing the day to day running of the office and overseeing the work of the Senior Research Officer and the Development Officers, maintenance of systems and stewardship of former Arnold Foundation students. The role will also oversee the development and management of the communications strategy for fundraising, including donor stewardship, events, publications and websites.
