Job Details
TPP are proud to be recruiting for a Corporate Partnerships Manager on behalf of a leading hospice. The hospice is a warm, friendly and happy place to work. It provides vital services and palliative care within the hospice and in the community.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will lead and performance manage a Trust Fundraiser and a Corporate Fundraiser. Your main remit will be to develop the corporate portfolio to gain more corporate support and income. You will provide the Corporate Fundraiser with the support and mentorship to effectively manage the hospices existing corporate accounts. These consist of partnerships with companies generating around £10k each. The annual corporate income target is £180k a year. Additionally, you will be a critical friend to the Trust fundraiser ensuring all applications are written to the best quality. You will also facilitate intro's to new networks and provide advice for seeking bigger scale applications. Trust income is more established and brings in £350k a year.
To be successful in this role you will have a sound financial track record in developing corporate income ideally in the charity sector. Trust fundraising experience is desirable but not essential. To add further you will have sound people management skills in order to influence and inspire. Finally, you will have sound communication skills to engage and enthuse people with the hospices cause.
