Prospectus are delighted to be working in partnership with an ambitious children's health organisation to recruit their new Director of Fundraising and Communications to join the dedicated team whose efforts work to providing support to children who have been diagnosed with cancer across developing countries.

Reporting directly to the CEO, The Director of Fundraising and Communications will lead the fundraising team to significantly increase the organisations income with a focus on developing the corporate and major donor revenue streams. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build on an already successful team and work alongside the wider senior leadership team and the board to increase fundraising activity.

The ideal candidate will be a professional fundraiser with experience in securing high value gifts from corporate and major donor funders and take a hands on approach to leading the team. We are looking for a committed and driven relationship builder who demonstrates a strong understanding of the charities work as well as fundraising trends and regulations across the sector.
