The Head of Corporate Partnerships is an exciting and senior role within the Membership and Development Division, which raises income from subscriptions, events and corporate contributions. An influential and strategic thinker, you will have a strong and proven background in engaging industry within a non-profit setting, creating the right opportunities to lead a step-change in how the College engages with business.

The Head of Corporate Partnerships will have direct responsibility for developing the RCPCH’s strategic approach to acquisition, cultivation and development of corporate partnerships which support the mission of the College. Using your experience, market knowledge and insight to build a prospect pipeline you will ensure the College stays ahead of the competition and improves its fundraising performance.

Reporting to the Director of Membership and Development and working as an integral member of the senior Membership and Development team, you will matrix manage right across the College to support different projects, actively contributing to wider fundraising strategy, diversifying income and enabling the College to achieve more for children and young people.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health sets and maintains standards for the education and training of all doctors working in paediatrics and child health in the UK. We advocate on child health issues at home and internationally. Additionally, through a variety of activities, the College influences the quality of medical practice for children in hospital and in the community.

The RCPCH has more than 19,000 members and fellows and employs around 160 staff, most of whom work in our London office in Holborn. We have smaller offices in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
