The role

As our Policy Researcher, you’ll lead the development and implementation of an inventive and influential public policy strategy. You’ll have close relationships with civil servants, politicians, our media team and the wider organisation. You have a track record of shaping public policy with demonstrable results.    You have great judgement and are passionate about the difference we can make.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a strong communicator who can convert data into simple and effective messages.  You will have excellent analytical skills, show a flair for research and have a strong sense of social justice. You will need to demonstrate a successful track record of influencing Public Policy effectively and an understanding of what really makes Government change both policy and practice.

Other details

Salary is up to £35,000 plus £2759 London Weighting, and a benefits package including 29 days annual leave.

Location: London based, regular travel across the region, some overnight stays
