Our client provides young people aged 8-25 with high quality services, delivered through a network of 3,536 local youth organisations across the UK. Together they offer support, advice and training to over 1.5 million young people to equip them with skills for the future and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment. 

About the role
In this new role as Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will primarily be responsible for identifying and securing new long-term corporate partnerships for the charity, as well as managing a growing portfolio of partnerships ensuring we maximise income and other benefits.

This is an exciting time to join the fundraising team as they look to build on their success and grow their impact. They have recently brought together the Fundraising functions from across the organisation into one team who are responsible for securing funding for their portfolio of national skills development programmes, outdoor education and youth voice. as well as for their essential core services such Membership, Policy & Comms, Impact & Learning, Finance, HR and Partnerships & Fundraising.

Each year the charity seeks to secure c. £6m in fundraising from a variety of sources including Trusts & Foundations, Statutory sources, Corporate Partners, Individuals and through our events portfolio and they have ambitious plans for the future.

They offer a salary of between £30,000- £35,000. Additional benefits include 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme (currently they match employee contributions up to 5%), a life insurance scheme which would pay out up to 4 times your salary and additional staff benefits including an Employee Assistance programme to support employees both professionally and personally.
