Director of Clinical Services

In 1969 our founders challenged the established ideas around who should be able to train as a psychotherapist and who should be able to access psychotherapy. 50 years later WPF Therapy continues to lead the sector in its commitment to making training and therapy accessible.

Our purpose-built training and clinic rooms are easy to reach, a few minutes from London Bridge station, WPF Therapy is a charity where our focus is on providing high quality therapy and training the therapists of the future.

We are now looking for an experienced Director of Clinical Services to run our psychotherapy clinics. Operating as a social enterprise, our clinics provide a range of talking therapies including short term, long term, group and individual, as well as placements for our Trainees.

We are proud of our reputation for quality and committed to making psychotherapy accessible, and whilst we see hundreds of clients each week, our main source of referrals is still personal recommendation by friends or family.

As Director of Clinical Services you will join our Executive Team and be responsible for administrative and clinical staff teams. Demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm in your work you will be an experienced manager with the ability to lead, motivate and support professional, managerial and administrative staff and volunteers to deliver our Vision whilst modelling our Values. This experience will be supported by a management qualification or equivalent.
