Our client is a London-based non-profit organisation generating opportunities for children and young people to unlock their creativity. They are a small tight-knit organisation, based in a third-floor office near Old Street station (with a great roof terrace!).

They work directly with the organisations at the front line: schools, cultural venues, local authorities and businesses. They unite those organisations to campaign for better policies that serve children and young people. They organise joint events and projects to reach a broader audience. They connect young people to mentors, work experience and inspiration.

They are looking for a Business and Operations Officer to help organisational and development support for staff and development support for staff and the executive in their busy, expanding arts charity.

In this role, you will provide organisational and development support for the CEO, Executive team of Directors and Board of Trustees. This is a key position with the senior executive team where you will grow and improve the learning culture across the organisation to embed and celebrate the values of trust, equity, culture and creativity as well as supporting their business planning, governance and HR systems to help us achieve their strategic goals.

Closing date: 9 am on Tuesday 28th May 2019
Interview date: week beginning 3rd June 2019 in London
