Description

  • You will support the lead transformation partner to understand the needs of the business and help deliver a transformation in the way that it works
  • You will work with the business to identify and deliver opportunities to improve ways of working, including undertaking process redesign, service or activity reviews, drafting new communications and helping specify improvements to key systems
  • Help write customer communications and devising campaigns to get more people online
  • You will support the digitisation of the customer experience to make them digital ready
  • You will undertake analysis of key data to provide an evidence base for change
    will research and promote new innovations from within and outside of the housing sector
  • You will create and promote a culture of continuous, small improvements in each team

Profile

* Ability to build relationships with the business
* Experience of process mapping and other transformation techniques
* Experience of major change projects within a business
* Highly analytical
* Good knowledge of MS Excel
* Creative and with a flair for problem solving
* Excellent knowledge of key issues in customer experience design
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Approachable, friendly and with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for customers and colleagues
* Flexible and works collaboratively
* Innovative and embrace changes
