Cleaner / Cleaning Operative 

St Albans

£8,840.54 per annum  

Part time (20 hours per week) permanent

Our client has 15 Retirement Living schemes which provide safe and secure homes specifically for people over the aged of 55 who want to remain independent.

Their Flexicare housing schemes include accommodation and personal care services specifically for people aged 55+ and they are currently looking for a Cleaner to help create a positive and welcoming environment.  The part time vacancy covers 20 hours per week and is based at the scheme in St Albans

Main duties are to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the communal and surrounding areas, following a weekly cleaning schedule for the schemes.  Working with both staff and residents, you’ll promote and maintain a good standard of accommodation that everyone can enjoy.

Successful candidates will be able to deal with members of the public in a tactful and friendly manner.  You will be familiar with the health and safety issues relating to the use and storage of cleaning material and equipment.
