A new opportunity for a Programme delivery Co-ordinator has opened up at Into Film in our Learning department. Into Film is an education charity that puts film at the heart of children and young people’s educational, cultural and personal development. We are proud to say that over half of UK schools engage with our exciting programme of film clubs, cinema screenings, resources and training.

Reporting to a Programme Delivery Manager and working closely with the Account Support and Engagement and Learning teams, Programme Delivery Co-ordinators (PDcs) provide regional intelligence and local knowledge particular to the area to which they are assigned (the south east of England in this instance). The PDCs help to develop activity as part of operational and strategic objectives to ensure the effective delivery of the Into Film programme. They develop partnerships with Local Authorities and film organisations, manage Ambassador and Youth Advisory Council groups, deliver CPD training and CRM reporting, and create initiatives that feed into the development and ongoing engagement of Into Film clubs and the wider Into Film offer. Owing to the nature of the role, occasional weekend and extended working hours are required, along with regular travel in the UK.

We are seeking to recruit the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Manager on a fixed term basis, maternity cover. The role requires an experienced and flexible Manager, who is able to quickly grasp the workings of the organisation and maintain an overview of its information and research requirements. The post holder will possess excellent understanding of quantative and qualitative research and analysis, strong information management, statistical data manipulation and dissemination, IT and coordination skills, alongside experience of project management and database development. A good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation in a cultural and/or education context and of the UK education system would be an advantage.
