Individual Giving Manager
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Based: Head Office, Loudwater, High Wycombe

Our client supports families and educates professionals both when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, and when a child is facing bereavement.

They are in search for an ambitious and motivated Individual Giving Manager and this exciting opportunity to play an integral part in growing this relatively new income stream. The charity are currently entering a growth phase in this area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team in a key fundraising leadership role where you will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing all aspects of individual giving in order to deliver substantial and sustainable income growth.

They are looking to hearing from candidates with a background in Individual Giving who can lead on a new individual giving fundraising strategy which will include legacy giving, gift aid, regular giving, in-memory giving. It is also essential that candidates are extremely data driven and analytical. You will look to explore all aspects of individual giving and increasing supporter engagement through the development of donor journeys.
