Our client is seeking two ambitious and talented Senior Development Managers to join its forward-looking and committed Development Department as they expand in order to support the organisation's vision for its future. 

An internationally renowned institution, with a motto to ‘do different’, our client is one of the UK’s top universities and is located in parkland just two miles from the city of Norwich.

The roles are open to experienced major gifts fundraisers or individuals with a comparable skillset from a target-driven environment. Each Senior Development Manager will contribute to the evolution of an internationally recognised and distinctively modern institution. Building relationships with existing and potential donors, working with colleagues across the University and with direct line management responsibility, successful candidates will bring a confident and collaborative approach to their work. In turn, the University offers an inspiring working environment based on a renowned 1960’s campus.

Ideal candidates will have expertise in relationship management, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for Higher Education, and a high level of motivation for meeting alumni and HNWI’s to engage their support.

The role is based in Norwich, Norfolk, with frequent days in London (individual working arrangements may be agreed with the Director of Development) and some international travel.
