Our Client is a leading children's charity and they have an exciting vacancy for a registered therapist to join their team as a Team Manager (Children's Services).

As a Team Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to implement and manage a brand new mental health and wellbeing service in Islington whilst also managing the existing service in Harrow.

The objectives of the service include:

  • Providing confidential support to children and young people (CYP)
  • Advocate for CYP and their families
  • Collaboration with other agencies to protect CYP with a focus ton ensuring that every CYP reaches their full potential
  • Promote a whole family approach to supporting CYP

Other key duties will include:

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision
  • Lead a team of staff
  • Stake holder engagement
  • Manage own caseload

Key experience / attributes will include:

  • Be a qualified therapist registered with an appropriate regulator body e.g. Counsellor, Art Therapist, Psychotherapist etc
  • Have a proven track record in the operational management and implementation of a mental health service
  • Experience of working with CYP
  • Experience of developing relationships with external agencies
