Head of Information and Helplines
As Head of Information and Helplines you will lead on the planning, delivery and evaluation of the organisation’s online information resources and their helpline service. You will create, plan and deliver the charity’s website content and online information resources, account managing their multi-channelled helpline service. You will also provide leadership to the information team and support the wider development and growth of the organisation’s services.
The successful candidate will evidence experience of account managing a helpline service, which includes liaising and managing third part suppliers. You will also be experienced in evidencing the impact these information/helpline services have, planning, measuring and delivering on customer service improvements.
