Sense are recruiting a dynamic and solution focused Operations Manager to work 37.5 hours per week in London and the Home Counties.

Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Circa £46,000 per annum (inclusive of London allowance)
About the role
This role will primarily be based in our Brent and Barnet services, but you will be required to support across the South region. As the Operational Manager, you will lead a diverse range of accommodation and community services. This role requires flexibility and willingness to travel within the UK and may include overnight stays.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing line management to service managers, leading a culture of creativity and innovation, to deliver outstanding services.
- Contributing to, and delivering, organisational strategy including growing services.
- Understanding of the external influences on the delivery of Sense services
- Ensuring with support, that the locality meets financial targets and complies with Sense standards and quality indicators.
- You will guarantee that CQC requirements and inspection report recommendations are met and exceeded.

You will be an excellent communicator who is able to provide leadership and direction to staff at all levels of the organisation. You will have the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales, responding flexibly and positively to change.
