Housing Management Officer

Our client is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Their aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. They are currently going through a large period of growth and have a vacancy for a Housing Management Officer
Position: Housing Management Officer
Location: Mulberry House, Guildford
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (on a 4 week rolling rota basis including some evenings and weekends)
Salary: £16,575 to £22,425
Benefits: 26 days’ annual holiday rising a day a year for the first 5 years + bank holidays, Life Assurance, Pension scheme and an Employee Health Assistance Programme. Professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.

About the Role:
You would be working within a small team to deliver Housing Management to residents which is a supported housing project for homeless women with varying support needs.
About You:
To be considered for this role you should be an effective communicator both oral and written, maintain accurate record keeping and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience of working within a housing or social care setting and integrity, sensitivity and an understanding as well as an ability to work on your own initiative are essential to this post.
IT skills are essential with the ability to navigate housing management systems and databases.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
