Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a unique charity in their search for a Digital Marketing Manager. The organisation works across different areas including the not-for profit sector setting standards, practises and policies to support the successful delivery within organisations. They are looking for someone who can immerse themselves into the team, focusing on creating a positive impact.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for maintaining the organisation's digital channels. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Membership, Content and Policy teams and use digital channels and tools to help raise the profile of the organisation to recruit and retain new and existing members. Day to day duties will consist of developing website content including proofreading and editing. You will be responsible for email marketing and communications as well as managing social media platforms. You will lead on implementing digital content briefs and use analytics to track campaign performance. In addition you will use the membership database to keep track of recruitment and retention figures alongside tracking and reporting using tracking codes, Google Analytics and other insight tools.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have excellent digital marketing and content creation skills with knowledge of creating and optimising content for websites, email and social media platforms. The placed candidate will have exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to write compelling and engaging copy. This role is ideally suited to someone with a good eye for design, imagery and layout accompanied with excellent research and analysis skills. You will have knowledge of Google Analytics, CRMs and email management systems with exposure to Photoshop and InDesign. Being educated to degree level (ideally within Digital Marketing) is required. A professional marketing qualification is desirable.
