Project Assistant (Corporate Services)

Position type: 35 hours per week, Permanent
Salary: £21,384 per annum

As a Project Assistant you’ll provide high quality and efficient support across NCB’s Corporate Services function. You’ll work closely with the team to help organise our trustee meetings and compliance in Governance, support recruiting managers in HR, help our Office Manager ensure the office building is safe and effective, as well as helping our Finance and IT run smoothly.

You’ll join a high quality team, who make sure NCB has the people, tools, skills and support to achieve its mission. This will be a great opportunity for development, for the right person, through formal training and learning in the role.

Excellent organisational and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. You need to be enthusiastic about what you do, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be comfortable working both independently, and with other team members.

You will have good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook, and good attention to detail, including experience of entering information into databases.
