Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 
Location: Bristol 
Hours: 3 days per week, with flexibility 
Contract: Initially 1 year, aiming to move to permanent post 
Salary: £65,000 FTE (£39,000 pro rata at 0.6 FTE)

The PROMPT Maternity Foundation (PMF) provides safety training for multi-professional care teams to reduce harm to mothers and babies during childbirth. Driven by evidence of its effectiveness, we are experiencing increased demand from the UK and internationally. 

At this key stage in our development, we are seeking to appoint a CEO who will be responsible for working closely with the core PMF team and Trustees to lead the growth of the Foundation.  The CEO will have oversight of operations to meet agreed goals and will develop funding and partnership opportunities to secure the Foundation’s future and enhance the positive reputation of PMF with healthcare professionals, mothers, policy makers and government.

The successful candidate will need to be committed to championing safer births, with a high level of tenacity, determination and resilience, together with experience of developing and delivering an organisational vision and strategy. You will be an inspirational leader, able to motivate and empower others, balancing strategic thinking with ‘hands on’ practicality as required.
